Knowledgeable Instructors
Our courses are developed and led by experienced professionals who understand both the “why” and the real-world “how” behind safe, effective care.

IV Therapy and many of our core programs are developed and overseen by a Registered Nurse Educator with a Master’s Degree in Nursing Education and 30+ years of nursing experience.

IV Therapy instruction is led by a Certified Registered Nurse Infusion (CRNI).

Assisting IV instructors are experienced infusion nurses, supporting hands-on learning and skill confidence.

We’re also supported by our co-owner and CEO, a pharmacist, who helps guide program direction and steps in to assist with select classes when needed.
Meet Our Lead Educators
Co-owner, Director, and Clinical Educator
Andrea has more than 30 years of nursing experience, including med/surg, pediatrics, emergency, rehab, home health, Infusion therapy, and education. Her educational background includes professional development for nurses and other health care providers, plus academic teaching. She holds her Certified Registered Nurse Infusion (CRNI) certification and a Master of Nursing Education (MSN-ed)
She has recently been a tenured track University instructor for a PA State school's BSN and ASN nursing programs. She currently works as a specialty home infusion nurse, in addition to directing and teaching with Frontline Medical Training Services.
Andrea found the company to fill the growing need for healthcare facilities as they attempted to train staff while suffering from a lack of available resources to provide quality, evidence-based training.

Janet Moriango RN, MSN, PMHNP-BC
Lead IV Therapy Instructor
Greater Philadelphia Area
Janet has many years of experience working as a nurse, with a focus on infusion therapy. She holds a Master of Science Degree in Nursing (MSN) and a BS in Biology.
She currently works as an IV Clinical Educator under Frontline Medical Training Services, a Transfusion nurse with Advanced PICC Specialists, and a Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
Co-owner, CEO, and Assisting Educator.
With 30+ years as a pharmacist and extensive experience in pharmacy and business management. He helps guide program direction and supports instruction to keep training accurate, practical, and relevant.
