We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile. The only information stored will be your name, mailing/ billing address, phone number, email, and any certification information. Frontline does not see or store your credit card information. Your information will never be sold to outside vendors.  Only our partners (e.g. Payment services, mail carriers, and the AHA or other certifying organization) have access to your information in order to complete your transaction.

When you sign in for an in-person class, information such as your name, email, and personal license number may be collected.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
